Kino Lorber has acquired the U.S. rights for the Juliette Binoche-starrerElles, that have its world premiere within the Toronto Film Festival this month. The sale for your taboo-challengingfilm from Polish directorMalgoska Szumowskawas talked about by Kino Lorber leader and Boss Richard Lorber andTanja Meissner, who heads worldwide sales and purchases at Indication Films Worldwide. The film stars Binoche just like a wealthy, Paris-based investigative journalist for Elle magazine who begins to question her own existence and values while ending up in two students with an article about college prostitution.Kino Lorber is hoping to get an early on 2012 release.
